Matt is a Texas Native that grew up in the small community
of New Ulm, TX. Throughout his childhood
he grew up ranching in the area, hunting and fishing all over the state of
Texas, Trap and Skeet shooting, and any other outdoor activities throughout the
state. After graduating high school in
Sealy, TX he attended Sam Houston State University. He majored in Kinesiology and minored in
Business. He then decided to get his
masters in Curriculum & Instruction shortly after graduating with his
undergrad degree. While attending Sam
Houston State University Matt participated on the SHSU baseball team, was the
President of the SHSU Trap & Skeet Team, Banquet and Social Chair for SHSU
Duck Unlimited, along with numerous other outdoor activities. Matt then was offered a position in the
industry he loved and had a huge passion for.
He decided to take a job with one of the top sales and marketing
companies in the hunting and outdoor industry.
He worked with some of the largest manufactures coming up with plans to
market and sale product. Matt has always
had a passion for the land in Texas and knew eventually that he would become a
realtor. Traveling and exploring all the different terrains in Texas Matt is
very knowledgeable with the different areas the large state has to offer.
